Cancelling appointments

According to NHS England, 15.4 million appointments are missed every year, costing the NHS approximately £216 million.

If you no longer need or cannot attend your appointment then please remember to cancel so we can offer it to someone who may need an urgent appointment.

 

• If your appointment is booked to attend your GP surgery – please contact your GP practice to cancel.

 

• If your appointment is at the PCN Hub or enhanced access service (18:30 – 20:00 weekdays and 09:00 – 17:00 on Saturdays) please contact 0161 393 2976.
